Step 1 File / Open / (open your file in photoshop) Go to Image / Image Size 首先打開照片 到 Image / Image Size
下列例子，原照片的解像度 (Resolution) 為 3264x2448 這是8 百萬像素的解像度 ： The following example shows a picture of 8 mega-pixel resolution of 3264x2448 :
直接將寬改為 1280, 如直相則改高為 1280。其它如圖例不要動它，Photoshop 會自動去改其它。
然後 Save 去 Jpeg.
Step 2 In Image / Image Size Change the width to 1028 (If the picture is vertical, change the height to 1028), the other side is then changed automatically since we have “Constrain Proportion” checked. Don’t worry about the “Document Size” and “Resolution”.
Step 3. File / Save As / give it a new name and save as jpeg/ jpeg option
